This used OEM BMW upper seat backrest cushion (left rear, leather) – part number 7289514 – was removed from a donor 6 Series Gran Coupe. Also known as the rear seat back pad, this genuine leather cushion covers the foam and frame. Over time, the leather can crack or the underlying foam can sag, reducing passenger comfort.
