Used BMW OEM front left window regulator, OEM part number 7184383, also replaces 7075667. This genuine used part was removed from a donor vehicle. It controls the glass movement on the driver's side front door. Common failure symptoms include the window dropping into the door, slow or jerky operation, or a grinding noise when raising or lowering. This regulator fits various 5 Series and M5 models with 3.0L, 4.4L, 4.8L, and 5.0L engines.
