A used OEM BMW window regulator, part number 7184746 (also replaces 7075674). This rear-right regulator handles power window travel for the back door. Over time, the plastic clips or cable can fail, causing grinding noises or the window to drop into the door. Works with various six-, eight-, and ten-cylinder engines common in the 5 Series generation.
