This genuine Audi rear right door latch / lock actuator (OEM 4B0839016H) is a used replacement for the locking mechanism. It controls the power lock and latch release on the rear passenger side. A failing actuator often results in the door not locking or unlocking with the remote or interior switch, or the latch not engaging properly when closed.
